Fat-free sweetened condensed milk?
I admit I'm not much of a cook, but the above makes no sense to me. Can anyone with culinary skills explain why you would use such a product?

Sorry, OSB, the fact that it's fat-free doesn't make it non-fattening. The clue is in the "sweetened" bit. Extra calories that your body doesn't use dont' disappear - the body stores them up. As fat....
